Thai Spice Bamboo Rice Print

  1. Rinse rice under cold running water until water is clear. In medium saucepan bring water to a boil. Stir in rice and Thai spice blend. Cook, covered, over low heat, until water is absorbed and rice is tender, 15 to 20 minutes. Do not remove lid or stir while rice is cooking. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Add sesame oil, toss once with fork. Sprinkle with peanuts.
  • 1 cup Zursun Bamboo rice
  • 1½ cups water
  • 2 tbsp. Thai spice blend
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped roasted salted peanuts
  • 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
